Decongestant safe while pregnant?

I don't have my sheet with me about medications I'm allowed to take, plus I know nothing about allergy/sinus medicine. However, I've got to go buy something on my lunch break.

Symptoms are just sneezing, congestion, watery eyes. Primarily, I want the congestion relieved! It's annoying the heck out of me right now.

Recomendations?

    My dr told me benedryl was fine (I took that every day), and I believe I took Mucinex on occassion as well.

    You should be able to take sudafed.  I just had a conversation with my mom about this exact same thing this a.m.

    I don't think any decongestants are allowed during pregnancy.  I took Zyrtec for my allergies early on in the pregnancy.  I was allowed to take the Sudafed (pseudoephedrine, not the over-the-counter formula)  that you get from the pharmacist to clear up my sinus pressure, but some docs don't allow it.  Benadryl works for me with the above symptoms, too, but it does make me tired.  :(

    Ask your doctor before you take anything to be 100% sure.  I had a really bad cold a week ago... but honestly, nothing I was cleared to take helped at all.  I was told Benadryl and Claritin are safe for allergies.  I took hot showers at night and in the morning, used a humidifier at night in my bedroom, try to drink lots of water and keep tons of tissues on hand!  It sucks... but it will pass!

    Best stuff for your symptoms? Chlor-Trimeton!  It's pregnancy category B.  The only trouble is that it's so f-ing hard to find! 

    I found some at Walgreens (their own brand) and it was a savior!  So much better than Sudafed (made me jumpy) or Benadryl (made me sleepy).

    There's so much information out there, they have to include all the scenarios.  Don't be scared.  Your television is probably giving you brain cancer anyway. ;)

    I dunno, my iPhone might get me first.
