Incredible update on Clayli's girls!!

Bless her heart... Clayli just called me from recovery! 

She spiked a bad fever overnight and then her water broke.  She was on magnesium sulfate at one point, but doesn't remember.  The nurses could tell there was an infection going on when her water broke though.  They had no choice but to take the girls this morning. 

Abigail Kay - Abby (Baby A) was born at 5:22am, 1lb 3oz;

Adalynn Belle - Addy (Baby was born at 5:23am, 1lb 4oz

Addy is on a CPAP machine just to help her remember to breathe.  Abby is on room air... no assistance breathing.  How incredible is that??  Her DH said Abby was screaming in the NICU. 

Clayli is sore... very sore.  Still running a fever, but it's coming down.  She'll be okay.  They both feel very scared and excited to be parents!

Oh my goodness, they are so tiny-but that is amazing that one is on room air! Wow. I am glad you got to talk to clayli and that she is doing okay as well. Hope her recovery  goes well and that the girls keep growing nice and strong.

What amazing news!!! Room air!  I'm SO glad to hear that it went well.  My prayers continue to be with them as I'm sure they have a long road ahead of them.

WOW, I can't believe Abby is on room air.  That's great.  Hopefully Clayli will have a fast recovery and the girls will continue to make excellent progress.

I'm glad to hear that they're doing so well, right off the bat!  I'm quite sure that they are scared.  Lots of prayers for the new family!  And CONGRATS!
