I got one when I was there. Good luck. I had a great recovery after the c-section I hope you do to.
What time did u schedule it for? I heard the best time to schedule is the first appt in the morning b/c if you do it later there are usually emergency ones that bump you.
Hmm... I must be "out of the loop" on these "binders". I had a C/S at St. Joes Ann Arbor, and I've never even heard of them. Someone please enlighten me. Are they supposed to help with recovery? Perhaps I'll need to look into these for Baby #2.
Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him,and He shall direct your paths. Proverbs 3:5-6
If they don't automatically give you one, just ask your nurse and they can get it. My sister loved hers and lived in it for the first week. I tried wearing one after having DS and it was horrible. It made the pain so much worse.
I'm scheduled for 10:30am which I think is the second appointment.. not sure... I hope we don't get bumped... lol
A binder is basically like a wide maternity belt you wear around your incision that sometimes helps recovery pain... but we'll see. I've heard mixed reviews as well...
