s/o real cat not Cat in a carrier?

butt first?  head first? She doesn't trust me as much as DH but still loves me? do I bribe her with cheese? do I just put on the full cover up suit and shove her in there? butt first? head first?

    Stand the carrier up on the end and then put her in back legs first and be prepare to shut the door real fast!!

    LOL Cat..ummm that is about it..with a glass of wine to help me through the scratches!

    I am a dog person....so leashes are a good a thing.

    Char...thank you I will have quick reflexes..why don't cats love a pedicure like I do? I will never understand!!!!!

    I do head first with the carrier backed into a corner.  I found once I got her front paws over the lip it was easy to get her in.  Now getting her out at the vet is another story.

    Oh my - I really needed that laugh - thanks CathyMD.  Baze - did you get her in there?  I do the same thing Char does - stand it on end and put the cat in butt first, close it real quick.

    One other thing I do is leave the carrier out for the day or so before the vet visit - sort of acclimates the cat to the idea that a vet visit is in the works.
