Where would you go on vacation for a week w/kids?

In October?  I would like to do a vacation - just not sure where to go!  We don't want to get all extravagant but don't need to be super cheap either.

Where would you go?

We're going to Mexico in a month. We're staying at the Valentin Imperial Maya in the Riviera Maya. I can't wait!

Hawaii...easiest vacation with kids ever!

We took the kids to Daytona Beach in May. It was wonderful!!! The beach kept the kids busy and there was plenty of adult things to do, too.

We are going back to Atlantis in the Bahamas for a week with a stop for 3 days in Disney on the way.  In March we are doing Maui I think.  We have not taken our DS to Maui yet ,but he has been to Atlantis twice and loved it.  There is so much for kids to do there.  Stay in the condo section...that works best for going with kids IMO.
