Pepcid and constipation?

LO has been on Pepcid for nearly two weeks, and in that time has only pooed twice. I know that can be normal for BF'ed babies, but normally he poops once a day. It seemed to start right when he switched from Zantac to Pepcid, but pedi is not concerned since he still has wet diapers. He didn't even mention Pepcid being a possible cause. Thoughts?

    I don't know anything about the pepcid but when LO was around 3 months he stopped pooping daily.

    Pedi did not seem concerned and said EBF babies can go up to 10 days without a poo.

    Now that he is 6 months, he seems more regulated and usually goes every 3 days.
