If your meds had to be adjusted...

when did it happen and how many times?

I was first prescribed 25mg of Zoloft at my 6 week postpartum appointment and it made a huge difference. Now I am 13 weeks postpartum and starting to feel really sad for no reason again, crying and feeling guilty all the time. I wonder if I need a higher dose. Did anything like this happen to you?

    I had to increase my Zoloft dose from 50mg to 100mg after being on it for about 7 weeks.  It made a HUGE difference!  I would call your DR and ask if they will call in a higher dose for you since you feel that it's working for you but just not as well as when you first started taking it.
