Elastic free underwear?

Is there such a thing for boys?  Like the Gerber training pants, only without the padding.  The elastic waistband in DS' underwear seems to really irritate his skin.

Hanes makes them with the elastic wrapped in the fabric for older boys, I bought them for my soon to be 4 year old because the elastic really bothers him, they fit a little big, but he spends much less time itching and pulling now.
