NBR: Lemonade Dessert

Those of you who know me, know that I LOVE to make desserts!  Well, I came across this one and just have to share it.  It is, seriously, the easiest dessert I've ever made and it just so summery...perfect for busy moms this time of year!  I'll be honest, when I first saw it and heard that it had Ritz crackers in it, I thought it was going to be gross and almost didn't even try it.  I'm so glad I did though.  The combination of the tart lemon, the sweet and then the salty crunch...mmm, mmm good!

Lemonade Dessert

2 tubes (25 count) Ritz crackers, crushed to make crumbs
1 stick melted butter
1/3 cup sugar
1 can Eagle Brand milk (sweetened, condensed)
6 oz. can frozen lemonade (this is half a large can)
12 oz. Cool Whip
Mix butter, sugar and crumbs, saving 1 cup of crumbs for top. Spread the crumbs over bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan.
Whisk together milk and frozen lemonade; fold in Cool Whip.
Pour over Ritz cracker mixture then top with 1 cup crumbs. Refrigerate
