potty training regression?

MY DS is just over 2 1/2 and has been potty trained for about 6 weeks, it went so well and was very easy.  The past week she has been having BM accidents in her underwear and I am not sure why.  anyone deal with this?  any tips?

We are dealing with the same thing expect it both pee and BM accidents. It's very frustrating. I'm interested to hear the replies. Just wanted to let you know that you aren't alone.
