Anyone practicing Hypnobirthing?

Thought I'd check to see if any of the local Toronto members are practicing or have done hypnobirthing? Experiences?

 

We took the course and are planning to use it for labour (any day now)...

    Hi there,

    Did you end up using hynobirthing?  I am due in Dec and am thinking about trying this.  Any advise would be appreciated.  Did you have a doula or midwife or an OB?

    I'm really interested in this as well. We aren't due until June so there's definitely a ton of time. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
