Have you seen the ads for this movie (Jennifer Anniston and Jason Bateman)?

The trailer implies that she has decided to get pg using a sperm donor.  She then has an 'insemination party' where her best friend (Jason) switches the donor sperm for his own.  It makes it look like the sperm sample is in a specimen cup in her bathroom. 

How ridiculous and so far from reality?  In what world would she have a jar of donor sperm at her house?  I hope the movie itself isn't so unrealistic, although I likely won't see it.

What's with all of these insemination movies lately?  If they are going to do them, at least make them realistic.

No, I don't think I've ever seen that show.

Even my DH said 'how insulting' when he saw the Switch ad.

Yeah, it looks ridiculous.  Sure, you've really got your donor sperm in the bathroom.  Riiighht.

I think this movie is irresponsible.

Since the trailer came out, I've seen a ton people on tv and in magazines bashing donor sperm, IUI, having babies "older" (read:in your late 30s or early 40s), and such. 

I think, as usual, people pursuing fertility treatments are going to come across as looking irresponsible and wacky in this movie.

This.  I might re-watch a little Arrested Development as a result of this film, but I definitely won't be seeing it.

I have not seen the trailer, but that does not sound like something that I am interested in seeing.
