I posted the other day about temps indicating I may have O'd, but no +OPK. And I'm sure I didn't miss the surge, based on my OPKs over the past few days.
My temps have been in a different range than they used to be for the past 3 months, I was having spotting issues (now on prog) and now this O thing has happened 2 months in a row. I think it could be weak ovulation
Should I go talk to my doctor? I thinking maybe things just aren't getting back on track after my 2nd D&C.
Re: My cycles might be messing with me
What have the last couple of OPKs been like?
It's looking like you O'd, but it's hard to say from temps whether it was a weak or strong O. It's quite possible your temp could go up a bit more tomorrow and onward and it would look like a textbook cycle despite the lack of + OPK. Of course, once you start the progesterone, it'll be hard to tell what your cycle would have done naturally.
Well, you might not be able to see much of a line in this picture. Top is CD17, bottom is CD18. In reality, CD17 looks about 1/2 way there and what I'd typically get about 2 days before a true positive.
It just seems like a lot is different than usual for me since my 2nd loss. This is also with the vitex. I'd love any insight you might have. Thanks!

Ok. CD18 definitely looks lighter than CD17. I'd be curious what today's ends up looking like. From these, I'd still say you're past your surge. It's possible you just had a really weak sample for one of the OPKs that mattered.
As for the temps, if you look at just the last several days compared to the past two, that actually looks like a pretty strong O. My theory is that the vitex and progesterone have kept your temp up higher than normal at the end of the 2ww and into the next cycle. I think that happened to me, too. But you easily have the .4 degree jump to indicate O, so if tomorrow's temp stays up, I wouldn't be too concerned about it weak vs. strong O.
Thanks so much for your thoughts. I guess it could be the vitex and prog. I decided to stop the vitex right after O because of the prog, which I start after O is confirmed. Maybe I'm just effing with my cycle too much. Haha.
It's a decent temp shift. I've just never not seen a + OPK in about 10 months of this. I'll be taking today's OPK in about an hour. I always hold it for 2 1/2 hours and test at 4 every day.
You know I'm just freaking out that I have weak O and low quality eggs and that's why I have 2 losses.

I know.
. But even if this one cycle screws with you, that doesn't necessarily mean anything. Remind me, are you seeing an RE yet? I'm wondering if it would make you feel better to get CD3 bloodwork done. They might be willing to run it, depending on your age.
Nope, no RE. My OB thinks we're just in the 'lightning strikes twice' category. We got pg twice in just 2-3 cycles, so she thinks our chances are good. I don't know. And yes, I'm old, mid-30s.

It's been since last June, so excluding pg, we have 'tried' for about 8 cycles. It might be time, but all of our tests have come back fine and we've gotten pg in a short time, so I just don't know what they would do for me. I'm sure a big part is nerves and facing that big step.
