To me it feels like a cross between being sliced in the vajay or someone pulling a muscle really fast in there to the point of almost snapping. It makes me sit very still for a few seconds anyway. I got it when i was driving earlier. That was no fun.

It's a shooting/stabbing pain in the vag, very quick and sudden, like lightning. Hence the name. You'll know it when you feel it.
