I am in love with the dresser and hutch that match our crib, the Munire Lexington. I was wondering if it's possible to use a changing pad on a dresser with the hutch? Do you have any experience with this? Recommendations?

Super easy ... works out fine ... no problems at all to speak of ... like you said, just place the changing pad on top of the dresser ... there's enough room for you to maneuver ...
I am a lurker on this board but I wanted to tell you that it will work just fine. We bought a similar dresser and hutch (Munire also) for our DD and used it as a changing table.
We removed the lower shelf to give us more room. I also bought a non-slip pad to put under the changing pad so it didn't move around. It worked great. Here is a picture of how we did it.
