I am just so clueless about the PT thing..help.

I am going to start trying next week.  But DD is in daycare...How do i do this at daycare?  I am going to take away diapers completely..do i just expect daycare to clean her up if she has an accident?  uggh..sorry if this sounds stupid i just have no clue..the more i read about it, the more confused I get..LOL.

I would just ask. My DCP had been encouraging him to use the potty and just said to let her know when we really start PTing so she can too. Daycares have to be pretty experienced in this I would think. They may have their own method but that wouldn't concern me- I think kids are really good at differentiating (ex. my DCP never gave my kids pacis there and they sleep like champs there. They both still need them to sleep at home!)

talk to your day care.

They have been helping me with potty training! we have been using pull ups, and her whole class makes bathroom trips at scheduled times during the day. when she started to get the concept we switched her to cotton panties while at home.  and when she started doing good at home with the cotton panties, I talked to her d.c. about wearing them at school.  

They totally have helped and supported. and she has only had 2 accidents at school in the last 2 weeks!!! we are now working on wearing cotton panties in public. So hopefully we will be pull up free in the next couple weeks!
