Hello All Moms to Be- I'm 6 weeks pregant and I just joined APOGEE Pilates and Wellness Center in White Plains. They have many classes. I joined mostly for their upcoming Prenatal classes. I wanted to share this information with you all!

White Plains: Prenatal Yoga Series in September for Eight weeks on Sundays 2-3pm.- 9/19-11/17
Bedford Hills: Prenatal Yoga Series on Saturdays 1-2pm. 9/25-11/13
It doesn't matter if you are weeks or months away from giving birth.
$180 for members
$240/non members.
