Prenatal Yoga

Hello preggers!

I am 13 weeks pregnant and I would like to take prenatal yoga classes. I live in the northwest area and was wondering if any of you know of a place around here I could practice pn yoga. I found belly bliss but it is a little far for me plus they only offer the class once a week.

Northwest Yoga Studio. It's on Ann Road.  I haven't gone there, but would like to attend there mommy and me class.

Thank you! I actually found this place last week and attended on saturday for the first time. It is such a great place. Prices are good and it is a very small studio. I love it!

The st rose womens center offers prenatal yoga $3 dollars they have them every monday 5:15pm-6:00pm on Warm Springs the San Martin Campus

How much are the classes?

A single class is $12 but you can get a better rate per class if you buy a package.
