My favorite combo would actually be Anna Katherine. Ella is NMS at all, and is shockingly overused (almost 10k born last year, compared to 6k Annas). And Grace is, similarly, a totally overused middle name. Plus, I like a longer middle name to go with a short first name, and Katherine sounds nice.
Ella Grace sounds like a million other trendy little babies born this year. Anna Katherine is a classic.

Wow, you took the keystrokes right out of my hands! I prefer Anna Katherine or Anna Elizabeth.
Ella and Grace, while perfectly lovely names, are both extremely trendy right now (Grace as a middle name in particular). If I were you, I would pick one of the two and pair it with a more classic name. So I prefer Anna Grace or maybe Ella Katherine -- or Anna Katherine as some other posters have suggested.
Would you consider Grace or Katherine as a first name? I think Grace is a lot less common as a fn than as a mn, and with Katherine you could use Kate or Katie as nn if you liked. Katherine Grace, Grace Katherine, etc...
I love Ella! Actually Ella Kate is on my list for a girl if we have one. I like Ella Grace & Anna Grace a lot! I don't think you could go wrong with either.
Ella Margaret is on our short list...but I am having a hard time using a "trendy" name. I don't want her to be Ella G. all through school, especially since her sister has a less conventional name.
