I'm starting to research them and from the reviews I'm leaning towards the Colgate Classica III so we can flip it when we switch to a toddler bed, but I'm open to any other recs!!! TIA!
We have the Colgate Classica II and I love it. It is foam, so it is light when I have to change DS's bedding. And I love that the corners are square and not rounded, so they are really snug in the crib.
I dont really remember which one we got. I think it is some kind of Serta. I just remember having to pay attention to the coil count. We picked one up that BRU sold but Target had it cheaper.
I just wanted to add that when we were looking multiple people told me that foam wasnt the best choice because it would break down faster so if you are looking to use it for a toddler bed too, maybe keep that in mind?
We have the Serta organic one. The chemicals they use to make and treat mattresses make me nervous (even adult ones). This was a compromise b/c it met flammability standards but didn't have some of the chemicals from the plastic.
I have a Baby Italia one from BRU. Nice and firm, not super expensive, Gabriel loves it. It will work with the toddler bed conversion on the crib, so we can use it for a few years before converting to a full size bed.
I got mine from Costco online. The LA Baby Organic Cotton 2 in 1 orthopedic. I love it! It was a great price and got good reviews in Baby Bargains. It is now 129, but I got it in sale for I think 109?

It wasn't a Sealy brand or anything, but it has been great so far and the reviews for it are great.
