Try here: https://chfs.ky.gov/dph/vital/birthcert.htm

I believe you order them from the county in which the girls were born. If you go to the hospital's website, it should give you directions as to how to obtain them. It is a different location for hospitals within the Cincinnati city limits and those simply in Hamilton County. Allie was born at Christ and I was able to go to an office in Hamilton county and pick up her certificate the same day.
ETA: I'm going to take a wild guess that they were born at Good Sam. Here's the info I found for that hospital:
Good Samaritan Hospital patients ? Mail a money order or certified check made out to the Treasurer of the City of Cincinnati along with the previous information to: Cincinnati Board of Health Office of Vital Records 1525 Elm St. Cincinnati, OH 45210 513-352-3120 I would call first, but you should be able to request their certificates in person and receive them the same day. Good luck!Photos courtesy of Jen Rose Photography
I've done this a few times. For some reason, my own birth cert has been lost 3 times in my lifetime. I went in person to Cuyahoga Cty to get it. They printed it on the spot. I did that twice.
The third time I mailed it and had it expedited. I think I had it in like 3 days (which is way better than driving from Cinci to Cleveland to get one). I will say though that this method was the most expensive.
Thank you! I wish they had a person at that number! I can only get recordings! I will try it tomorrow. I can't go today =(
I don't know how I missed this mail and how important it was. I guess I am a horrible mom for not having them already.
Now I have to get a new copy of our marriage license.

Way late on this but ditto - it's right by Music Hall. We had to get Sophi's once a few years back - I went on a random day like a Wednesday, when they first opened and I was there less than an hour.
I had to do this last year so Henry would have a passport when went to England in July. here is the reply I recieved and it has the name and details of the person I had to send it to.
The first step would be to call the hospital medical records tofind out if the record has been sent to our office. Secondly if it has beensent to our office call us to find out if it has been registered. If it hasbeen registered you can send us a request through the mail using UPS or anyother service to speed up the time to get to us. Place a return mailingenvelope and paid label for the service for it to be sent back to you.
I recommend UPS due to the fact that we have UPS pick ups everyday.
