How to put a PIP?

Can't figure out how to put a pic in a post!  I want to get some validation for my very faint 2nd line but can't figure out how to put in a pic.  Can anyone explain or point me to a FAQ section?

ETA:  I found the bump's FAQs and will try to do it the same way it says for signatures...which I was clearly able to do at one point.
