Caring for teeth

DS has his bottom two teeth coming in.  What should I do to start caring for them?  Brush them?  Seems impossible on such a squirmy kid!

    We have a brush that goes on your finger. DD loves it when we "brush" her teeth. We just rub her teeth and gums - she thinks it's a new teether or something.

    It came with a gift set but I've seen them at BBR and Target.

    I rub a wet wash cloth over DS's teeth and gums after he eats.
