I would prefer spray squirt bottles, but I don't really get my panties in a bunch over water guns. And I'm sure the NRA and I disagree about just about everything. Sometimes a squirt gun is just a water toy.

Meh, there are better thing for them to play with. We use water bottles but it's not something I would chuck a spaz about.

i put squirt guns in their easter baskets. that is probably wrong. oh dear. my ils also have this pump rocket type one for the pool. It shoots a stream of water really far.

Dissenting opinion here. I have a HUGE problem with it. Toy guns are one of those touchy subjects that it's up to the parents to decide. Daycare shouldn't be introducing them. If another parent wants to let their child play with them, fine. But, I don't. And I don't want my child to be left out of a game at daycare. There are other types of water games that can be played which aren't so controversial.
