DS ripped a hole about 1/2 inch in size in the back of a romper. I have a sewing machine, interfacing, heat n bond-the kind that can also be sewn. What is the best way to repair it?

I would just try to sew it up personally. Probably by hand. It won't look perfect, but jersey has give, so it shouldn't look too wonky as long as not too much fabric width was ruined. I'd be afraid something iron on would show in the texture of the fabric making the repair more obvious. Since it's in the back of something, it'll be less noticeable by default though.

You're right about hand sewing it. I'll try that and see how it turns out. I think any way I do it, it's going to show up. It's a "Marine Breed" romper I bought when I found out I was pregnant, so it has some sentimental value. I cried when he ripped it. lol
