The best prunes

I know this is random but I just wanted to share that I found the best prunes at my local natural health foods store in the bulk bins near the grains, nuts, etc.  They are really plump and practically taste like candy.  Even when I'm not constipated I find myself snacking on a few just because they're so yummy.

Anyway, just wanted to share in case anyone's looking for tasty constipation remedies.

Ive never had prunes, I just cant get the old lady image out of my head when I think of them lol

Thanks! I just had my 1/2 glass of prune juice this morning for constipation. I dont know why but I never even thought to try dried prunes. What health food store do you go to?

JJSunshine, it's just a local place in my town (only 1 location), but I imagine that any organic/natural foods place with grain/nut/pasta/dried fruit bins would have similar prunes. GL!
