Nanny ..help!

Hi, we are losing our wonderful nanny at the end of August and was wondering if anyone knew of a good nanny for a 7 month old.  We live in Sonoma Ranch... even if I could find someone to just help out a couple days a week.  Thanks in advance for your help/suggestions!

    I don't know anyone off the bat, but we had good luck finding our last two nannies on Care.com, its a pay site that runs basic back ground check.  We have found two on call sitters as well.  There are plenty of UTSA students looking for nanny positions.

    I am moving to SA soon and expecting number two. I too will be looking for a nanny. Let me know if you find any good resources. I used sittercity.com for my last nanny.

     I wanted to find out how you like Sonoma Ranch? We are looking there and so far it seems really nice. I only have been looking online as I live in Hawaii now but I like what I can tell from internet.
