new and trying to link my FF chart

Can anyone tell me how to add the link to my fertily friends chart/ticker.  I spent all evening trying to figure it out yesterday and got nowhere.  I searched this site and FF and couldn't find instructions other than copy/paste the link, but then all I have is the text link in my signature.

I think you either go to the print or share function on FF and it gives you the code. From there I don't know.
