Wet Ones wipes o.k. for babies?

Just wondering if Wet Ones wipes are o.k. or not for babies.  The package says "under age 2 ask a Dr."  Anyone checked with their Dr. about this?  Thanks!

They're fine to use to wipe their hands before meals or after playing in a public place. Obviously, not meant to replace real hand washing, but they're fine for babies for occasional use.

I wouldn't use those on my LO.  They aren't meant for babies, and they probably have lots of chemicals in them.  I'd use regular baby wipes instead.

will regular wipes get their hands clean though?

Just FYI, the "green package" ones say "Safe for baby" on the package.  I use them on DS when we eat out for face/hand wiping after he's done making a mess.
