desk for a 4 year old?

Im thinking that a desk might be a great gift option for my daughter.  Does anyone have any recommendations? 

 

Would you do a kid version like this:

My DD got the step 2 when she turned 2 and she loves it still almost 2 years later and it does have a decent storage system
