My house smells like bacon

We made bacon and eggs for dinner last night and I can STILL smell it!  It is really annoying, and I love bacon.  Ugh, maybe not after this....

    There are a lot of foods I love but I cannot stand lingering smells in the house.  Ick.

    I love breakfast for dinner but sorry it is still smelling.

    Our little miracle baby is a boy. :)

    Baby Boy Owen and Baby Girl Avery were born too early on Feb. 13, 2011 due to a pedunculated fibroid, incompetent cervix and suspected placental abruption.

    Haha - maybe you can teach DH how to cook it - the bacon was his responsibility and he smoked the joint out.

    Bacon definitely lingers.  DH tried the Atkins diet (briefly) and my house smelled like bacon for days!  I was glad he changed his mind about that one!

    I watched this show on food network the other week and this chick had bought a nice slab of bacon that she cut very thick and fried in a pan, then used the grease to make sunny side up eggs. She also made skillet potatoes with brie. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think about that thick cut bacon and that whole breakfast really. Of course, it doesn't help that my dinner tonight consists of blueberries lol

    Ew. I love bacon but I can't stand the lingering smell. I haven't made it in forever for that very reason. Frying with oil is the same way, my house will stink for days.
