Weights at 9 months?

I was supposed to take DDs in for their 9 month visit but b/c my one DD has been under the weather, they asked us to hold off (shots) til next week...

Anyway, I had both girls w/ me at the dr. today and while we were waiting, I weighed DDs. They were 18.4 and 18.2. 

That seemed on the low side, doesn't it? I reweighed them and it was again the same weights.

Does anyone remember what LOs weighed at 9 months? Is there a chart anyone knows of that tells the avg. weight for babies at this age?

They've always been in the 50th percentile for their weights and weren't born prematurely. Just feel that this time, they are below that...

I'm not much help with weights because my twins aren't 9 months yet, and in general I have "skinny" babies -- I just checked and DS1 was only in the 5th % (17 lbs, 6 oz) at 9 months. The twins will probably be about the same.  However, I feel like I remember our pedi telling me that weight gain tends to drop off after 6 months when babies start getting less of their calories from formula or breastmilk and especially when they become more mobile.

Based on the chart that kimarino just posted, it looks like they *may* have dropped a little on the growth curve, but I wouldn't worry about it unless their dr says something.

That doesn't sound low to me; I thought the average for girls was 21-22 lbs at 1 year? (And for boys I think it's 22.5 lbs, somewhere right in there.) At 9m, I think my boys were 21 lbs and 19 lbs.

We were just there.  Their weights sound perfect.  DD is between the 40- 50% for her weight and she is 17lb6oz.  DS (my giant baby) is 23lb6oz and in the 95%.

Mine were 20.5, 21.5, 16.5, and 24 lbs at their 9 month check up.  Their weights sound great!
