8 1/2 month old not sleeping through night

So my DD still isnt slepeing through the night. She started to at around three months then starting having trouble with her ears so her schedule got messed up. She had them tubed about 2 weeks ago and still no luck, not consistantly any ways.

She eats half a jar of fruit at 6:30 AM and a 6 oz bottle. Then at 11:00 half a jar of veggies and 6 ounces. At about 3 she finishes the other half of her veggies and gets another 6ounces. At 7 she has been eating a full jar of fruit and 8 ounces.

She doesnt always finish her bottles sometimes she only takes four. SHe goes down for the night at about 8 or 8:30 then wakes up between 4 and 5 with for another bottle. I try to hold her off thinking it is out of habit but its almost impossible and if i give her a bottle it shifts her whole schedule for the day about an hour and she next night she wakes up 3 am.

 Any help on how to fix this is greatly appreciated.

My DS is 7 1/2 months and we're in the same boat.  He wakes up every night between 4-5:30 and I don't know what to do. I wouldn't mind, except I have the worst time getting back to sleep after getting up with him.  No advice, but I'll be watching this post hoping someone has some!
