how do you make that boxed cake w/ pudding?

I never make cakes & would normally make from scratch but for LO's smash cakes I am just going to do boxed mixes to make my life a little easier to prep for their party since they won't know any different & might barely eat any anyway but for whatever reason I feel like I should try to make it a little bit more moist or tasty . I suspect the pudding recipe is on the box but don't want to get to the store & find out it is not!

I got a boxed cake mix and the box said "The pudding is in the mix, as always". Something along those lines.

You can just add the powdered pudding when you mix up the batter. No extra fuss required. Or add a spoonful of sour cream if you want.

I used to do cake decorating on the side and I SWEAR by The Cake Mix Doctor recipes.  It takes a boxed cake mix and jazzes it up so it tastes homemade.

Nobody I ever made cakes for knew that it was a boxed cake mix........EVER
