Rashes and hives sometimes do come with viruses.

Could she have had Roseola? It is usually marked by several days of high fever, followed by a distinctive rash as the fever breaks. Server symptoms can include 2 to 3 minutes of jerking or twitching in the arms, legs, or face which is why I thought this could have been the case with Mari.

When I visited Canada for the first time, I got really sick with some stomach virus. After hugging the toilet for 3 days straight, my whole body was covered with a rash - Dr. said it was a reaction to the stress of what I went through.

I hope this is all it is for mari as well.
