Help! (NSAIFR) Need a quick and easy hot crab dip recipe

Very specific request, I know   I'm hosting at my house tonight and didn't realize until I was at the grocery store yesterday that I hadn't planned an appetizer!  So, not wanting to go back, I bought things that I *think* might be used in a hot crab dip. . . now just to find a recipe! 

Anyone?

1 Lb. Crab Meat
2 large blocks cream cheese
1 Cup Sour Cream
4 Tblsp. Mayonnaise
2 Tblsp. Lemon Juice
3 Tsp. Worstershire Sauce
1 Tsp. Dry Mustard
? Tsp. Garlic Powder
? Tsp. Onion Powder
1 Tbsp. Old Bay
? Tsp. Dill Weed
2 Cups Grated Sharp Cheddar

Cheese Cream Cream Cheese (set out or heat in microwave). Add remaining ingredients, except crab meat, and mix well. Fold in crab meat. Butter two small or 1 big casserole dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until middle bubbles.
