You think it's unconstitutional for our judicial system to protect civil rights?  Huh? 

I think it's a travesty that a campaign built on ignorance and hatred was able to poison the minds of the majority of voters in my state, so much so that people went out of their ways to shove their hate-filled asses into voting booths and strip people of their right to marry someone they love.  It's an embarrassing moment in history for the state of California, and I guarantee you future generations will be ashamed of such a blatant disregard of humanity.

Yay!!!!!

Denying right to any group of people IS unconstitutional and I'm glad that judge realized that.

Marriage itself became a non-religious act in the government's eyes once they started to allow judges (and anyone else who obtained a certificate online) to perform marriages. Also when they started giving tax breaks and benefits to those who were married. Equal rights for everyone!!
