NBR: refrigerated bagels vs regular?

Anyone know the difference between refrigerated bagels and regular bagels in the bread isle?

...Or is this a really dumb question? >.<

I've never seen them refrigerated...I'm no help. But now I want a bagel.

Lol, I'm not sure. Never realized that there was a difference! Besides the fact that regular bagels are 1000x better then refridgerated ones.

More preservatives.  I get the frozen Rays bagels they are basically good NY bagels just frozen..I steer away from the chemical pumped ones.

 

Edit: You mean like the  lenders bagels in the bread aisle right not the store made ones?

You mean like Lender's bagels?  I've seen them refrigerated.  I don't like them.  They're too hard.  I don't know the difference, but my absolute favorite brand is Thomas's bagels.  They are so soft and delicious.  They are usually in the bread aisle.  I bought some today, as a matter of fact.
