Yes, I think it's too masculine. Amelia is a lovely, feminine name. I will never understand the appeal of Harper. I always think of harpoon and harping on someone. Sorry, but I really dislike it! What about:
Nicolette, Arden, Sabrina, Sonia, Thalia, Cara, Lucia or Josefina?

I like both names individually but together I do not think they go. One is trendy and the other is classic. Although, I like sibling names to be in similar style.

Not a big fan of Harper for a girl. Maybe because its the name of the community college I attended?? I think you should go with a strong consonant name because I think vowel names tend to be so passive sounding.
