Birthing Class Recommendations

Hello, fellow Bumpies,

 

I have been trying to find a birthing class in my area (zip 08075), but have had no luck!  I am going to (try to) deliver with no pain medications, but I know I need to prepare myself for it.  My hospital offers "Baby Basics" and "Breathing and Relaxation" classes, but I don't think that's enough.

 

Does anyone have any recommendations on birthing classes in this area?  I'm willing to travel to get the knowledge!  I appreciate any insight you can give me!  Big Smile

    I did not go, but my midwife told me that Elmer Hospital has a hypnobirthing class. Also, she recommended reading a book. The one I am reading is The Birth Book by Sears and Sears. GL!

    I used the Bradley Method.  If you go on the website, you can find classes near you.  My classes were in Lumberton near Morrestown/Mt Holly.
