hoping that the 3 day plan will work on the 3rd day

Phew... training is sooo hard!  I just hope that it "clicks" tomorrow.  DD is getting it... but I don't think she gets it 100%.  I guess I shouldn't expect that.  Just wondering if any of you used the 3 day traning and when it worked for your LO.

I started the 3 day PT last weekend.  It took the 3 full days for her to "get it" for the pee.  Poop not so much.  But she is getting better and yesterday she was accident free.  It doesn't totally happen within 3 days but we are going on  1 1/2 weeks and I think she will have it down by the weekend.  Good luck.

DS got it by day 2 and he stays dry about 90% of the time.  We are still working hard at night time though.  I still get up with him a few times and take him to the potty.  He is getting better and will wake up crying now (usually after he pees).  At least he is waking up now.

Thanks ladies.  Yeah, I am starting to think that it is not the "start on Friday, trained by Sunday" thing.  DD has only had 2 accidents today.  She is 18 months,.... so I am thinking that she isn't consistant in how she tells me she has to "go".  I just emailed the author.  I wanted to know if running away is a sign she has to go.  2 times she had the accidents, he was running away before she had the accident.
