I bought my SIL some crap she needed at Target today (her car is broken). I brought it to her house and gave her the stuff and the receipt.

I also bought prenatals, so they were on the receipt as well. 

I'm hoping it just says "vitamin" or "up&up" ...but with my luck it says "prenatal vit" or "lindsay.lou is ttc!" on the receipt.

More than likely, though, if she *does* see it, she'll just point it out to my brother and they'll never directly ask me about it, they'll just tell the whole family.

Yep.  Drs. recommend that all women in our age bracket take PNVs, even if they aren't actively TTC.

and I believe when I bought mine from there a few weeks ago it said UP and Up on the receipt..I am pretty sure
