When did you consider yourself in your second trimester?  I know what the books say, I know there are several different ways to look at it.  I'm interested to know when YOU considered YOURSELF out of first tri.

Katy brings up a great point that has frustrated me this whole time. Pregnancy milestones have a million different ways of being measured. super annoying.

I completely agree.  The two books I had each had something different and then various online sources had something different.  Didn't think it was that difficult of an issue.

I lurk on first tri and on my month board and they're all over the place.  It's like it's a competition to leave first tri.  Some leave at 13 weeks, some wait until 14....I always had the thought that first tri was 13 weeks 3 days.

This is what I go w/ too.  If you take the 40 weeks & divide it out=13 weeks, 3 days.....that's my logic anyway.

Yes.

I voted 13 weeks, becasue its the easiest for conversation.  I don't think most people who aren't in the midst of trying/being/pregnant or just had a baby really get it.
