Any Questions about Natural Birth?

I'm not an expert, I just gave birth naturally on July 27th.  I remember having all kinds of quesitons and being nervous about it so if you have anything you'd like to ask someone who's been there, fire away. I'm at home with LO for a few weeks so I'll be bumping on my time off.

DH and I took some Lamaze classes (how retro!). Those techniques worked well for me during labor.

I have no questions, but I just wanted to post that our babies were born on the same day:)  Med-free as well!
