fav left over chicken recipe?

We have lots of left over chicken from the boys baptism yesterday and i want to make something "new" with it since we also have tons of the BBQ meat left and we will be eating that all week. 

So what is your favorite leftover chicken recipe? I need ideas.  Thanks!

I use it for enchilada's, OR you can cut it up and use it for almost any chicken pasta....chicken chili, chicken salad, chicken casseroles, etc.  I have a ton of chicken recipes on my blog also (link in sig)

I have a couple recipes on my blog that use leftover already cooked chicken:

sweet and salty wrapper

chicken ranch pizza

These are both really easy and really good!

* tacos, enchiladas, quesadillas
*  pizza
*  stew (Brunswick) or soup (chicken tortilla soup, maybe?)
*  chicken lasagna
* wraps or pita pocket sandwiches

If it's barbecue sauced chicken then I would shred and freeze it for barbecue chicken pizza and pulled chicken sandwiches.
