Graco vs. Evenflo Travel Systems

Among the many deals that I got at Target this past week, I got a Evenflo Aura travel system for $111. I thought that I had heard that Graco was better (when comparing the two, not compared across multiple brands), but picked it up so I didn't miss out on the deal and because I could always return it later.

Which brand travel system is supposed to be better, in your opinion? I also have a small car (Scion xA), so there's not much room to store the stroller. I read the reviews of the Evenflo Aura and some people were saying that the stroller was HUGE....

I can't help much, but in looking at evenflo infant carrier car seats at Wal-Mart, I have noticed that they don't seem to have near as much padding as the Graco and others.

My limited experience with the Evenflo was when I was at BRU registering for my first- so this was about 3 years ago.  I remember testing the Evenflo, Graco, and Chicco Travel Systems.  I ruled out the Evenflo quickly b/c of its size, weight, and not being as easy to steer at the others.  I also remember the salesman saying that they don't get as good of reviews.  Ultimately, I ended up choosing the Graco Metrolite and LOVED it b/c it was so lightweight and easy to steer.  Still my favorite stroller after all this time.  So yeah, I'd go with the Graco.

Evenflo car seats handles must be down with 1.5 inches between the handle and the seat in front of it.  This makes it hard to fit in most cars.  Graco can be either up or down and does not need any room in front of it.  Evenflo car seats are hard to get out of the base and are also harder to install.  Graco is super easy to install and get out of the base.  Graco strollers hold up much better.  I know many people whos wheels on the Evenflo have fallen off while in use and its with in the first year.
