I am interested in using g-diapers and curious if any of you have experience with them. Any pros/cons would be helpful..thanks! (I'm interested in using the disposable liners ...not the cloth inserts if that makes a difference..)
Tried them. Too messy...they do a lot of leaking. Might as well do cloth diapers because almost every time I ended up washing the whole diaper because the insert moved around a lot.
Mama to Z - 5.5 years, G - 3.5 years, & M - 1.5 years.
I used them and liked them, Angel did too. My only isuue is Kai had a reaction to the nylon inserts the the liner goes in when we used them with the cloths ( I never used the diposables ) and therefore we coldnt keep using them.
I know that your guy is still to small for the large size but if you are interested I have 12 covers to sell in size large. they are in orange and vanilla bean and I will get you a good deal.

I have them, haven't tried them yet. They're not too well liked on the EFF board. The flushables are more expensive then disposables, and they can leak, according to reports. I'll be trying them out in next month so wish me luck!
I tried them they worked fine but we didnt stick with it. I have a starter pack you can have if you want. Used a few times with 1/2 pack of the liners left. I think they look so cute on little tushies! Most of my friends use these while at home and seventh gen disposable when going out, due to leaks.
Haven't personally used them but I've been doing a ton of research since I'm about to transition to cloth, and I've ready a bunch of reports about them leaking. A close friend of mine who used them (with the disposables) said it often leaked onto the shell, so she pretty much had to change the shell everytime.
I've ordered and plan to use GroVias (formerly GroBaby) which is a very similar model as the GDiapers -- they also sell Biosoakers, which are the equivalent flushable/compostable insert. I've heard good reviews of these.
My H did some research on them because I was thinking about using them but found out they leak a lot, and that the bumgenius version Flip was said to work much better. I think that is what we will be trying for travel.
