Rash/acne

LO has a pimply rash/acne on her face, just on one side. What can I do for it??

    my DS has bad baby acne all over his face, the dr said to just wipe it with warm water and pat dry.  That's it, it will go away on its own in a few weeks. So far we are on day 4 and it is starting to look a little better.
