Wyatt's birthday is on Thursday. We are having his party on Saturday. I am pretty sure I am going to make the cupcakes from this link. What do you think? Should I do more than one kind of ice cream? Or stick to one flavor?

    Thanks ladies! I decided to do a neopolitan theme. So I will have strawberry, chocolate, and vanilla. Pretty simple flavors!
