Anyone ever had to take immodium while BF?

I read yesterday before I took it that it was fairly safe to use while BF, but DS has not pooped since yesterday afternoon! He usually goes early in the morning. Is this from the meds?

    I have and now that I am thinking about it, I don't think the baby pooped on the days I took it, just a massive blowout the following day!
